By using bayenvironmentalllc.com or engaging Bay Environmental LLC for services, you agree to these terms.

Services. Bay Environmental LLC provides environmental consulting services including Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, stormwater permitting and monitoring, and related permit management. The scope, fee, and timeline for each engagement are defined in a written proposal or booking confirmation.

Online booking and payment. Prices listed on this site are starting rates; final pricing depends on property size, location, and project scope and will be confirmed before work begins. Booking a consultation online does not by itself create a completed service engagement.

Reports and deliverables. Reports are prepared for the client named in the engagement and their identified lender or counsel, for the purpose stated in the engagement. Reports may not be relied upon by third parties without our written consent. Assessments are performed in accordance with applicable ASTM standards and reflect site conditions as of the date of the site visit.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bay Environmental LLC's total liability arising out of any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Environmental assessments reduce but cannot eliminate uncertainty; no assessment can guarantee that a property is free of contamination.

Intellectual property. Content on this website is the property of Bay Environmental LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

Payment terms. Fifty percent (50%) of the quoted fee is due up front to confirm an engagement and is non-refundable. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the work.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Baldwin County, Alabama.
