Refund Policy

Payment structure. All engagements require payment of 50% of the quoted fee up front to confirm the engagement. This up-front payment is non-refundable. The remaining 50% is due when the job is finished.

Consultations and bookings. Appointments booked online may be rescheduled or cancelled at no charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice forfeit the booking payment.

Assessment and permitting services. Once an engagement is confirmed, the up-front payment is non-refundable. If a project is cancelled after field work has begun, fees are also due for any work performed beyond the up-front payment, including third-party costs (database reports, lab fees, filing fees). Completed work and delivered reports are non-refundable.

Weather and access. If field work must be postponed due to weather or site-access issues, we will reschedule at no charge.
